Resume bullets

These bullets are deliberately generic starting points — the single biggest thing you can do to make them stronger is add your own real numbers wherever you have them: tickets handled per day, average handle time, CSAT/satisfaction score, first- contact resolution rate, team size, anything from a performance review. A bullet like "resolved 40+ tickets/day at a 95% satisfaction score" beats the generic version every time — but only use numbers you can actually stand behind if asked about them in an interview.

Tailor this with your own AI

This site's own AI assistant (if you've turned it on in Settings) runs a small, free model meant for quick questions about this site — it's not meant to replace a stronger AI you might already use. Copy the prompt below into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or whatever you have access to, paste in a real job posting where it says to, and let it help tailor your materials. It's pre-filled with your resume content above and an instruction not to invent anything you haven't actually told it.
