STAR Story Bank

A handful of real stories can answer a surprising range of behavioral interview questions. Build 5-10 "master stories" here using the STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result), pulled from real work, school, volunteering, personal projects, or life experience — you don't need traditional paid work history to have a strong story.

Never invent or exaggerate a detail. If a story feels thin, that's a sign to dig for the real specifics (what exactly did you say, what number changed, what did the other person do), not to make something up. The optional Reflection field is extra credit, not a requirement — skip it if it doesn't come naturally.
